Compatible with almost any Belgian phone number

You can forward calls from any Belgian landline, or Proximus mobile number to the NextGen voice service. The NextGen voice service also integrates with Proximus’ marketing numbers (078/0800), as well as Proximus voice managed services. It is compatible with any PBX/Call control, such as MS Teams, Call Connect, the Proximus’ Forum range, … as well as private SIP trunks.

Do It Yourself or managed service

The Proximus NextGen voice service is a consumption based telephony service that starts from € 30/month, and a one time onboarding fee of € 250. From there, customers can choose to develop their own voice bot, or request a quotation for a predefined scope.

In any case, customers will be able to finetune and tweak the resulting configuration, modifying spoken responses, but also adding keywords and expressions to better match spoken intents. Contact us for more information.
